MEBAeco: Ready-made individuality

2-column guided high-performance metal band saw with semi-automatic operation. A metal band saw for straight cuts, particularly suitable for versatile use with different cross-sections and hard materials.

Standard equipment

• Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping – cutting – lifting to the set height after the cut is completed
• MEBA high-performance package: saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive with automatic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed. Ensures optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles
• Rapid lowering of the saw frame via push button down to the material edge
• Permanently mounted control panel
• Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping with rapid material clamping. Double vise ensures the material is clamped on both infeed and outfeed sides
• Rigid two-column saw frame with linear guides
• Saw blade set at a 3° angle to the material support surface
• Central machine operation
• Movable band guide arm, adjustable to material width
• Saw blade guide rollers with carbide guides
• Chip cleaning brush running with the saw
• Hydraulic saw blade tension with pressure relief when the machine is stopped
