MEBA3D: Precise Separation Solution for 3D-Printed Metal Parts

The MEBA3D is a bandsaw solution specifically developed for additive manufacturing, designed for the clean and efficient separation of 3D-printed metal components from the build plate. A precise clamping device allows exact alignment of the plate, ensuring high-quality cuts without damaging the part or the base plate.

Based on the proven MEBAeco saw technology, the MEBA3D impresses with short processing times, high process reliability, and low operating and maintenance costs. Operation is extremely simple: clamp, saw, remove. Compared to processes such as wire EDM, the MEBA3D offers a significantly more economical solution.

Thanks to quick conversion capabilities, the machine can also be used for conventional sawing tasks, ensuring optimal utilization. Optionally available protective covers and extraction systems complete the system for clean and safe post-processing.
