MEBAeco: Ready-made individuality

2-column linear-guided metal band sawing machine for straight cuts. Particularly suitable for universal use with different cross-sections and materials.

• MEBA high-performance package: Saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimum conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
• An operating hours counter is integrated for operating data collection.
• Slip-free material transport by adjusting the feed speed Fast and precise material length feed via rack and pinion and AC drive with a maximum stroke length of 1300 mm with integrated roller conveyor up to 2000 mm.
• Opening of the clamping jaws of the pliers insertion system on both sides.
• Ribbed strips for heavy material transport
• Saw frame in solid, low-vibration welded steel construction
• Saw blade inclined at 3° to the material support surface for maximum cutting performance and service life when sawing steel construction profiles

• Rapid lowering of the saw frame via automatic height switch bar to just before the sawing material. During serial cutting, the saw frame only moves briefly over the material and a new section of material can be positioned. Optimal cycle times for single and serial cutting.
• AC frequency-controlled band saw drive, infinitely variable from 15 to 150 m/min Pre-tensioned, low-maintenance recirculating ball bearings on the material feed and saw frame feed for smooth, jerk-free, and vibration-damping feed
