The MEBA3D is a bandsaw solution specifically designed for additive manufacturing, enabling the clean and efficient separation of 3D-printed metal components from the build plate. A precise clamping device allows exact alignment of the plate, ensuring high-quality cuts without damaging the part or the build plate.

Based on the proven MEBAeco saw technology, the MEBA3D impresses with short process times, high process reliability, and low operating and maintenance costs. Operation is especially simple: clamp, saw, remove. Compared to methods such as wire EDM, the MEBA3D offers a significantly more economical solution.

Thanks to its quick convertibility, the machine can also be used for standard sawing tasks, ensuring optimal utilization. Optionally available protective covers and extraction systems complete the setup for clean and safe post-processing.
